Micon MOVIEmember Terms and Conditions

1. Micon MOVIEmember membership is open to all customers 14 years of age and older, except employees and their immediate family. Any other exclusions will be based on the judgment of Micon Cinemas, Inc.
2. Membership is free and may be obtained by registering online at www.miconcinemas.com or at the box office.
3. MOVIEmember card MUST be presented when purchasing your tickets at the Micon Cinemas box office where it will be swiped for verification to earn points. If your card malfunctions, turn it into the box office personnel who will issue you a new card and send your old one in to have your points transferred. No points will be added at any time other than when presented at the time of a ticket purchase. If you forget your card, point for that visit will be unavailable.
4. Micon MOVIEmembers will receive 1 point per dollar spent on ticket purchases at the box office with a maximum of 20 points per card, per day. Credits are NOT earned for admissions obtained by redeeming complimentary passes, discount tickets, or refund passes. Points are NOT earned for purchasing of a gift card but DO receive points for gift card redemption at the box office.
5. Members receive awards each time 50 points are earned. See reward schedule for details. All rewards are valid through the expiration date printed on the Movie Member certificate and no certificate will be accepted, reissued, or extended after they expire. Certificates cannot be reissued if lost.
6. Free Movie Ticket reward vouchers are not valid for No Pass Attractions, 3-D, and Special Events.
7. Free Popcorn reward vouchers are valid for ONE small, medium, or large size. You get your choice of size. Reward vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other offers.
8. Free Drink reward vouchers are valid for ONE drink of your choice.
9. Rewards are subject to verification by Micon Management. Offers are void if rewards are illegible, altered or torn. The judgment of Micon Cinemas Management is final.
10. Micon Movie Member cards are non-transferable, except for points transferred from a lost, stolen or mutilated card to a new card issued to the same member.
11. We protect your personal information and we will never share your information with any outside source. We will use it to notify you of any additional offers, discounts, or promotions.
